Thanksgiving Cranberry Mold - cooking recipe
Ingredients
- 
                            1 (3 ounce) package cherry-flavored gelatin mix (such as Jell-O(R))
 
1 cup boiling water
3/4 cup pineapple juice (not fresh juice)
1 (8 ounce) can whole cranberry sauce
1 cup diced apple
1/3 cup coarsely chopped walnuts
Preparation
- 
                            Stir gelatin mix and boiling water together in a bowl until dissolved. Add pineapple juice and cranberry sauce; stir until incorporated and thickened. Fold in apple and walnuts. Pour gelatin mixture into a mold and refrigerate until set, at least 4 hours.
