Homemade Paleo Mayo - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 extra large egg
    1 tablespoon lemon juice
    1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
    1/2 teaspoon sea salt, or to taste
    1 pinch cayenne pepper, or to taste (optional)
    1 cup light olive oil
Preparation
    Combine egg, lemon juice, mustard, salt, and cayenne pepper in a blender; blend until smooth. Drizzle in olive oil, blending until the mixture thickens, about 5 minutes.
