Ingredients
    1/4 cup dates, pitted and roughly chopped
    1/2 cup rolled oats, quick or slow cooking
    1 teaspoon gelatinized maca powder
    1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
    1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper
    3 tablespoons almond butter
    1/2 cup Almond Breeze Original OR any Almond Breeze Almond-Cashew Blend
    1/2 cup shredded unsweetened coconut
    1 whole ripe banana
    1 cup ice
Preparation
