Low-Carb Peanut Butter Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 cup peanut butter
    1 cup white sugar substitute
    1 large egg
    1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Line a baking sheet with a silicone baking mat.
    Mix peanut butter, sugar substitute, egg, and vanilla extract together in a bowl. Drop 16 spoonfuls of dough 1 inch apart onto the prepared baking sheet.
    Bake in the preheated oven until set, about 12 minutes.
