Eggs Benedict From Galbani® - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 tablespoon butter
    2 English muffins, toasted
    10 fresh basil leaves
    8 ounces Galbani(R) Mozzarella FrescaTM, sliced
    2 slices tomato
    2 poached eggs
    4 tablespoons prepared hollandaise sauce
    Chopped fresh chives
    Salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Butter the muffins, top with the fresh basil, add some Galbani(R) Mozzarella Fresca(TM) slices and a slice of tomato. Add the poached egg.
    Drizzle with hollandaise, add some chives, add salt and pepper to taste. Serve immediately.
