Gujarati Carrot And Peanut Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 cups grated carrots
    1/2 cup chopped salted peanuts
    3 tablespoons lemon juice
    1/2 teaspoon salt
    1 teaspoon white sugar
    1 green chile pepper, seeded and diced
    2 tablespoons finely chopped fresh cilantro
Preparation
    In a medium serving bowl, toss together the carrots and peanuts. In a separate bowl, whisk together the lemon juice, salt, sugar, chile pepper and cilantro. Pour over the carrots and stir gently to coat. Serve immediately.
