Green Power Oat Smoothie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 cup Quaker(R) Oats (Quick or Old Fashioned, uncooked)
    3/4 cup unsweetened coconut milk
    1 cup baby spinach leaves, tightly packed
    1/4 cup parsley leaves
    1/2 cup cored and chopped green apple
    1 tablespoon honey
    1 teaspoon lemon juice
    1/2 cup ice
Preparation
    Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
