Grape, Lime, And Quinoa Salad Surprise - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 cups seedless red grapes, halved
    1 cucumber, chopped
    1/2 cup cooked quinoa, or more to taste
    1/4 cup chopped fresh mint, or to taste
    1/4 cup chopped fresh spinach, or more to taste
    2/3 cup toasted slivered almonds
    1 teaspoon salt
    8 teaspoons grapeseed oil
    8 teaspoons lime juice
Preparation
    Toss grapes, cucumber, quinoa, mint, spinach, and almonds together in a large bowl; sprinkle salt over the top.
    Whisk grapeseed oil and lime juice together in a small bowl; pour over quinoa mixture and toss to coat. Refrigerate until flavors combine, at least 3 hours.
