Hawaiian Pineapple Sweet & Sour Smoked Sausage - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (14 ounce) package Hillshire Farm(R) Smoked Sausage, cut into 1/2-inch slices
    1 red bell pepper, seeded, chopped
    1/4 cup sweet chili garlic sauce*
    1 cup fresh pineapple, cut into 1/2-inch pieces
    3 cups cooked rice
Preparation
    Cook and stir sausage and bell peppers over medium-high heat for 5 minutes or until sausage is lightly browned and peppers are tender.
    Add chili garlic sauce and pineapple; cook and stir for 5 minutes.
    Serve over cooked rice.
