Thanksgiving Orange Salad - cooking recipe

1 (24 ounce) carton cottage cheese
1 (12 ounce) container frozen whipped topping (such as Cool Whip(R)), thawed
2 (3 ounce) packages orange-flavored gelatin (such as Jell-O(R))
1 (20 ounce) can crushed pineapple, drained
1 (15 ounce) can mandarin oranges, drained
1 cup miniature marshmallows
Preparation

Stir cottage cheese and whipped topping together in a bowl; sprinkle gelatin over the top and mix thoroughly. Stir pineapple, oranges, and marshmallows into cottage cheese mixture. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate until chilled, at least 1 hour.
