Lemon And Garlic Shrimp - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/3 cup lemon juice
    3 tablespoons butter
    1 tablespoon lemon zest
    1 tablespoon minced garlic, or more to taste
    1 cup frozen cooked salad shrimp, thawed
    1 pinch ground black pepper
Preparation
    Heat a skillet over high heat. Melt lemon juice, butter, and lemon zest together. Add shrimp and garlic; season with pepper. Cook until shrimp are hot, about 3 minutes.
