3 bananas, mashed
2 cups rolled oats
1 1/2 cups chopped dates
1/3 cup canola oil
1/4 cup chopped walnuts
1/4 cup chopped pecans
1/4 cup shredded coconut
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
3/4 teaspoon salt
Preparation

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
Combine bananas, oats, dates, oil, walnuts, pecans, coconut, vanilla extract, and salt in a bowl and mix well. Spoon out cookies onto an ungreased baking sheet.
Bake in the preheated oven until edges are golden, 20 to 25 minutes.
