Carrot Fritters - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 carrots, julienned
    1 onion, cut into 1/4-inch slices
    1 bunch green onions, chopped
    1 cup all-purpose flour
    1 teaspoon salt
    1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
    2 eggs
    2 quarts oil for deep frying
Preparation
    In a medium bowl combine carrots, onion, green onions, flour, salt, pepper and eggs; mix well to coat.
    Heat oil in deep-fryer to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
    Using tongs, pick up veggies and drop into hot oil. Fry 3 minutes on one side and 2 minutes on the other.
