Creamy Zucchini Hummus - cooking recipe

2 small zucchini, peeled and cut into chunks
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1 tablespoon tahini
1 clove garlic, minced
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 pinch ground cumin
1 pinch paprika
Preparation

Blend zucchini, lemon juice, tahini, garlic, and salt in a blender until creamy. Stream olive oil into the hummus while blending until completely incorporated. Continue blending until smooth, 1 to 2 minutes. Transfer to a serving bowl; sprinkle cumin and paprika over the hummus.
