Guac And Roll - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (5 ounce) can light oil-packed tuna
2/3 cup guacamole
1/4 cup chopped tomatoes
1 tablespoon light mayonnaise
1 teaspoon lemon juice
1 teaspoon ground flax seed
2 (6 inch) hoagie rolls, halved and split lengthwise
Preparation

Mix tuna, guacamole, tomatoes, mayonnaise, lemon juice, and flax seed in a bowl with a fork. Fill split rolls with tuna mixture.
