Ingredients
    1 zucchini - peeled, grated, and chopped
    1 carrot - peeled, grated, and chopped
    1/2 cup plain fat-free Greek yogurt
    1/2 cup 1% milk
    2 tablespoons rolled oats
    2 tablespoons honey
    1 tablespoon flax seeds
Preparation
