Tuesday Night Quick Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (5 ounce) package mixed salad greens
1 pint cherry tomatoes, cut in half
1/4 cup crumbled Gorgonzola cheese
1/4 cup olive oil
1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
1 teaspoon lemon juice
salt and ground black pepper to taste
Preparation

Mix baby greens and tomatoes in a large bowl. Sprinkle with gorgonzola. In a small bowl, mix oil, vinegar, and lemon juice. Sprinkle in salt and pepper, and whisk until well blended. Pour dressing over the salad mixture, and toss to coat.
