Prim'S Basil-Wrapped Goat Cheese Balls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 ounces goat cheese, at room temperature
    1/4 cup extra-virgin olive oil
    2 teaspoons fresh lemon juice
    1 pinch sea salt
    2 teaspoons ground black pepper
    25 large basil leaves
    2 teaspoons extra-virgin olive oil, or as needed
Preparation
    Stir goat cheese, 1/4 cup olive oil, and lemon juice together in a small bowl; season with salt and black pepper.
    Place a spoonful of goat cheese mixture onto each basil leaf. Wrap the basil leaf around the goat cheese to form a ball. Drizzle with olive oil.
