Slow Cooker Cranberry And Muscadine Pork Roast - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (5 pound) boneless pork loin roast, trimmed of fat
    1 (750 milliliter) bottle muscadine red wine
    1 (12 ounce) package fresh cranberries
    1 tablespoon minced garlic
    1/2 teaspoon salt
    1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
Preparation
    Put the pork roast into the crock of your slow cooker. Pour wine over the roast; add the cranberries and garlic. Season everything with salt and pepper.
    Cook on Low 6 to 8 hours.
