Basil Roui - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 3/4 cups finely chopped fresh basil
    2 small tomatoes, finely chopped
    2 1/3 cups fine dry bread crumbs
    3 cloves garlic, minced
    1 jalapeno pepper, seeded and finely chopped
    1 teaspoon sea salt
    1/2 cup olive oil
Preparation
    In a medium bowl, stir together the basil, tomatoes, bread crumbs, garlic, jalapeno, sea salt and olive oil. Cover, and refrigerate overnight. Serve with your favorite dippers!
