Ingredients
    1 cup soy milk
    1 banana
    3 ice cubes, or as desired
    3 tablespoons tart cherry juice
    1 tablespoon agave nectar
    1 tablespoon flax seed meal
    1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Preparation
    Blend soy milk, banana, ice cubes, cherry juice, agave nectar, flax seed meal, and vanilla extract together in a blender until smooth.
