Mixed Berries Smoothie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 cup Almond Breeze Vanilla or Unsweetened Vanilla almondmilk
    1/2 cup fresh blueberries
    1/2 cup fresh raspberries
    1/2 cup fresh blackberries
    1 tablespoon toasted slices or slivered almonds (optional)
    1 teaspoon ground flax seeds (optional)
Preparation
    Puree all ingredients in a blender until smooth.
