Blue Cheese-Celery Finger Food - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 cup crumbled Roquefort
    5 tablespoons unsalted butter at room temperature
    1 tablespoon dry sherry
    5 celery ribs, cut into 2-inch pieces
Preparation
    Press Roquefort cheese through a sieve. Combine Roquefort cheese, butter, and sherry in a bowl and stir until smooth. Fill cheese mixture into a pastry bag with a star nozzle and fill celery pieces with cheese mixture.
