Simple Roasted Squash Mash - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 butternut squash
    4 tablespoons butter
    3 tablespoons brown sugar
    2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
    1/2 teaspoon salt
Preparation
    Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).
    Place squash in the preheated oven and bake until easily pierced with a knife, 45 to 60 minutes.
    Cut baked squash in half lengthwise, remove seeds with a spoon. Remove meat from skin and place into a serving bowl. Mash squash with butter, brown sugar, cinnamon, and salt.
