Untuna Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (20 ounce) can jackfruit, drained
    1/4 cup vegan mayonnaise
    1 tablespoon mustard
    1 tablespoon pickle relish
    1 tablespoon minced red onion
    1 tablespoon minced celery
    salt and ground black pepper to taste
Preparation
    Flake jackfruit in a bowl using a fork. Add vegan mayonnaise, mustard, pickle relish, red onion, and celery. Mix until combined. Season with salt and pepper.
