Bettie'S Fresh Okra Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. self-rising cornmeal
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 1/4 c. milk
    2 large eggs, lightly beaten
    1/4 c. vegetable oil
    1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1/4 tsp. hot sauce
    2 c. fresh okra, thinly sliced
    1/4 c. chopped onions
Preparation
    Combine cornmeal, sugar and salt in a medium bowl; make a well in center of mixture.
    Combine milk with eggs, vegetable oil, Worcestershire sauce and hot sauce and add to cornmeal mixture, stirring just until moistened.
    Fold in okra and onion.
    Grease muffin pan and heat for 5 minutes at 400\u00b0.
    Spoon mixture in muffin pans 2/3 full.
    Bake 20 minutes at 400\u00b0.
