5 dates
3/4 c. water
1/2 c. cashews
2 Tbsp. carob powder
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
4 to 5 frozen bananas
Preparation

Blend first 5 ingredients.
Slowly add bananas, cutting into smaller
pieces.
Pour
into container and freeze or eat immediately as soft serve ice cream.
