Oven Fried Fish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. fish fillet
    2 c. corn flakes
    dash of pepper
    1/2 tsp. garlic powder
    2 tsp. chopped parsley
    2 Tbsp. vegetable oil or melted butter
Preparation
    Rinse and dry fillets.
    Cut into serving size pieces.
    Crush corn flakes.
    Sprinkle fish with seasonings.
    Dip in melted butter or oil, then in corn flakes.
    Arrange in a single layer on lightly greased baking dish.
    Bake at 500\u00b0 for 10 minutes.
