Pennsylvania Apple Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (9-inch) unbaked pie crust
    6 to 7 tart apples, cored and sliced
    1 c. heavy cream
    2/3 c. sugar
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation
    Preheat oven
    to

    Line
    pie
    pan with pastry and flute the edges.\tFill pie pan with sliced apples, piling them high. Mix
    cream, sugar, flour, salt and cinnamon.
    Pour over the apples.
