Hawaiian Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 pie crusts, baked
1 large can crushed pineapple
3/4 c. sugar
3 tsp. flour
4 bananas
2 cans chopped pecans
1 can coconut flakes
1 large tub Cool Whip
Preparation

Place pineapple in a pot with sugar and flour.
Cook until thick.
Remove from stove and let set until it cools.
Bake pie shells and cool.
Slice bananas and cover the bottoms of the pie shells.
Pour pineapple mixture over the bananas and add pecans and coconut (saving some for the top).
Top with Cool Whip. Sprinkle remainder of pecans and coconut on top.
Refrigerate all day.
