Baked Fish Creole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. fish fillets
    dash of pepper
    dash of paprika
    2 tsp. parsley flakes
    1/4 tomato, chopped
    1/4 green pepper, chopped
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice (optional)
    1 Tbsp. oleo
Preparation
    Heat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Grease a 10 x 10-inch baking pan.
    Place fish in pan; season with salt and pepper, paprika and parsley flakes.
    Top with tomato, green pepper and lemon juice and dot with oleo.
    Bake, uncovered, for 30 minutes.
