Beef And Wine Spaghetti - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. stew beef, cut into 1/2-inch cubes
    1 (32 oz.) jar spaghetti sauce
    1/2 c. dry red wine
    1 envelope onion soup mix
    8 c. hot cooked spaghetti
    grated Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Mix beef, sauce, wine and soup mix in a 3-quart microwavable casserole.
    Cover tightly and microwave on High (100%) for 15 minutes.
    Stir.
    Cover and microwave on Medium-low (30%), stirring every 30 minutes until tender, about 1 1/4 to 1 1/2 hours.
    Spoon this sauce over hot spaghetti.
    Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
