Lemon Chess Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. sugar
2 Tbsp. cornmeal
1 Tbsp. flour
4 eggs (unbeaten)
1/4 c. melted butter
1/4 c. milk
1/4 c. lemon juice
4 Tbsp. grated lemon rind
Preparation

Mix sugar, cornmeal and flour.
Add eggs, one at a time.
Beat well after adding each.
Stir in butter, milk, lemon juice and rind.
Mix well.
Pour mixture into unbaked pastry shell.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
Cool before cutting.
