Karen'S Low-Fat Chili - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground turkey
    1 small onion, chopped
    1 small bell pepper, chopped
    1 stalk celery, chopped
    1 (14 1/2 oz.) can Italian stewed tomatoes, chopped
    1 lb. can kidney beans with liquid
    1 lb. can whole corn with liquid
    1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
    1 Tbsp. brown sugar
    chili powder to taste
    cumin to taste
    1 tsp. garlic powder
Preparation
    Brown turkey in large pot in 1 tablespoon oil along with onion and celery.
    Add all remaining ingredients and stir well.
    Simmer 20 to 30 minutes.
