Saucy Oven Spareribs - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 lb. spareribs
1 Tbsp. vegetable oil
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 c. catsup
1 c. water
1/4 c. vinegar
1/4 c. Worcestershire sauce
3 Tbsp. brown sugar
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. celery seed
1 tsp. chili powder
dash of hot sauce
Preparation

Cut ribs into
serving\tpieces.
Cook ribs in oil until browned on both sides;
sprinkle with 1 1/2 teaspoons salt and 1/4 teaspoon pepper.
Place
spareribs in baking pan.
Combine remaining ingredients.
Bring sauce to a boil; reduce heat and simmer for about
10 minutes.
Pour over ribs.
Cover and bake at 325\u00b0 for about
2
hours
or
until well done.
Uncover and bake at 350\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
Yields 4 to 6 servings.
