Apple Butter - cooking recipe

Ingredients

16 c. applesauce
8 c. sugar
1 c. vinegar
4 tsp. cinnamon
2 tsp. nutmeg
1 tsp. allspice

Preparation

Mix ingredients together; cook 1 1/2 hours over medium heat in a heavy saucepan or in the oven.
