Tuna-Rice Patties - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (6 oz.) can tuna, drained
    1 egg, beaten
    1/2 c. cooked rice
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1/4 c. grated cheese
    1/4 c. Bisquick
    1/4 c. chopped green pepper
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    In a large mixing bowl, combine all ingredients and stir well. In a large, heavy skillet over medium heat, heat enough oil to cover bottom.
    Drop tuna mixture by tablespoons and flatten slightly.
    Fry 6 to 7 minutes on each side or until golden and firm.
    Leftovers make good sandwiches.
