Sausage-Egg Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. mild bulk sausage
    2 lb. shredded Mozzarella cheese
    10 eggs
    1 pt. half and half
Preparation
    Brown sausage.
    Drain.
    Place in bottom of greased 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking dish.
    Cover with cheese.
    Break eggs gently over cheese, placing them individually throughout dish.
    Pour half and half easily around eggs just leaving the egg yolks showing.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 45 minutes or until set.
    Great for company!
