Cabbage Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 medium cabbage, chopped
    1 1/2 lb. ground meat
    3 c. rice
    2 large bell peppers, chopped
    1 medium onion
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. pepper
    3 c. water
Preparation
    Put cabbage, meat, peppers, onion, salt and pepper in pot. Cover.
    Cook over medium heat for 1 1/2 hours or until cabbage is tender.
    Stir in rice; mix well.
    Pour in large casserole dish. Bake 30 minutes at 300\u00b0.
