Spicy Cocktail Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. fine chopped onion
    2 cloves garlic, minced
    1 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    6 oz. tomato paste
    2 Tbsp. horseradish
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1/8 to 1/4 tsp. ground red pepper
    1/8 tsp. salt
Preparation
    In medium saucepan, cook onion and garlic in butter until tender.
    Stir in 1 1/4 cups water, tomato paste, horseradish, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, ground red pepper and salt. Simmer 10 minutes until thickens.
    Cover and chill several hours. Makes 2 cups.
