Carrot-Wheat Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. whole wheat flour
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
    2 Tbsp. wheat germ, toasted
    1 c. grated carrots
    1/2 c. raisins
    1 egg, slightly beaten
    1 c. milk
    1/4 c. honey
    1/4 c. vegetable oil
    1 1/2 c. morsels of wheat bran cereal
Preparation
    Combine first 7 ingredients in a medium bowl; set aside. Combine egg and remaining ingredients in a small bowl.
    Stir well and let stand 3 minutes.
    Make a well in center of flour mixture. Add cereal mixture to dry ingredients, stirring just until moistened.
    Spoon mixture into greased muffin pans, filling three-fourths full.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 18 to 20 minutes.
