Lentil-Barley Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. margarine
    3/4 c. chopped celery
    3/4 c. chopped onion
    6 c. water
    3/4 c. lentils
    1 qt. canned tomatoes
    3/4 c. barley or brown rice
    2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1/2 tsp. rosemary
    1/2 tsp. garlic salt
Preparation
    Saute in large iron pot margarine, celery and onion until tender.
    Add water and lentils, cook 20 minutes, uncovered.
    Then add tomatoes, barley and spices.
    Simmer 45 to 60 minutes, covered.
