Carrot Cake Icing - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
    1 stick butter
    1 (1 lb.) box confectioners sugar
    1 c. nuts, chopped
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Cream the cream cheese and butter; add sugar and vanilla. Spread on layers and sprinkle with nuts.
