Thai Beef Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 flank steak
1/4 lb. green onions
1/4 c. lime juice
2 Tbsp. fish sauce
red lettuce leaves
coriander sprigs
mint leaves
Preparation

Grill the beef over charcoal.
Slice it into strips 1/8-inch thick.
Put in a large bowl.
Peel the onion, slice it and add to beef.
Add the lime juice and fish sauce.
Mix well.
(You can add cucumber and tomatoes.)
Arrange a single layer of lettuce leaves on a serving platter and place the beef mixture on top.
Garnish with sprigs of coriander and mint.
