Banana Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2/3 c. oleo, softened
2 eggs
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. baking powder
2 c. sugar
2 1/4 c. plain flour
1 tsp. soda
1/2 c. milk
3 large bananas (ripe), mashed
1 tsp. vanilla
3/4 c. chopped pecans
Preparation

Cream shortening and sugar, then beat in eggs.
Sift dry ingredients and add milk and eggs to mixture.
Fold in bananas, vanilla and nuts.
Bake in a 15 x 10 x 1-inch pan for 30 to 35 minutes at 350\u00b0.
