Deluxe Potato Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. fresh chopped mushrooms
    1 large chopped onion
    1/2 c. sliced green onions
    1/2 c. chopped celery
    1/4 c. margarine
    1 pkg. frozen, shredded hash browns (12 oz.)
    2 1/4 c. water
    2 chicken bouillon cubes
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    3 Tbsp. flour
    1 qt. milk
    1 carton half and half (8 oz.)
    parsley
Preparation
    Saute mushrooms, onions and celery in margarine.
    Add potatoes, water, bouillon, salt and pepper.
    Cover and simmer 20 minutes.
