One Dish Roast Beef With Veggies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 to 2 1/2 lb. roast
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 envelope onion soup
    carrots, celery, whole small onions, potatoes and mushrooms, sliced
    2 Tbsp. water
Preparation
    Heat oven to 450\u00b0.
    Put meat on foil (enough to wrap up meat and veggies, 2 to 2 1/2 feet).
    Stir together mushroom and onion soups; spread on meat.
    Put veggies on top and around.
    Sprinkle water on veggies (use less if using mushrooms).
    (I also sometimes season meat with garlic salt and pepper.)
    Fold foil over and seal securely.
    Cook 1 1/2 hours or until done.
