Crepes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 egg, beaten well
    1 c. flour
    1 c. milk
    1 Tbsp. butter
    1/4 c. onions
    4 Tbsp. butter
    1/4 c. flour
    2 c. milk
    8 oz. shredded cheese
Preparation
    Mix first 4 ingredients together and be sure it is smooth.
    Fry in a small skillet in a small amount of butter.
    Cook vegetables (carrots and broccoli).
    Salt and season.
    Then roll vegetables in crepes and put in a baking dish.
    Saute onions in butter.
    Make a white sauce of flour and milk.
    Cook white sauce in onions; add at least 8 ounces of shredded cheese.
    Pour over crepes and heat to serve.
