Yeasty Pancakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pkgs. dry yeast
    2/3 c. warm water
    2 c. Bisquick mix
    1 c. milk
    1 egg
Preparation
    Dissolve yeast well in warm water. Pour milk and egg into a blender. Put on top and blend on low speed for about one minute. Add the yeast/water mixture and Bisquick mix. Blend well for about 2 or 3 minutes on low speed. Set in refrigerator overnight. Pour onto hot, greased griddle and turn when bubbles form on top. Good with maple syrup or warm sweetened strawberries and Cool whip.
