Uncle Gordon'S Chicken Fingers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 to 3 lb. chicken strips
    2 eggs, beaten
    1/3 c. milk
    2 c. flour
    salt and pepper to taste
    oil to cover strips when dropped in pot (between 1/2 to 1 inch deep)
Preparation
    Cut chicken fillets into strips.
    Salt and pepper meat to taste. Mix eggs and milk in a small bowl.
    Roll chicken strips in flour, then dip in egg and milk mixture.
    Roll strips in flour again.
